VOLUME 4 | NO 2
The Pipeline Welcome New Customer Care Reps! The COVID-19 pandemic has posed many challenges to the City of Columbia, especially in the area of customer service. As part of our Customer Response Plan, the Customer Care Call Center has eight additional Customer Service Representatives available to respond to customer concerns. Customer Service Representatives undergo eight weeks of training to ensure that they can provide our customers with professional, high-quality care from first contact through final resolution of their concern. We are excited to congratulate Quinton, Marie, Ricky, Brittney, Me’lissa, AJ, Teresa, and Aneesah on their completion of training and welcome them to the City of Columbia team.

Volunteer Appreciation Shoutout! Columbia Water along with members of the Hyatt Park/Keenan Terrace neighborhoods gathered recently to pick up litter and trash along Sunset Drive. Together, we collected 27 bags of litter/trash, a tire, an external house door, some political signage, and numerous plastic parts from cars. Thank you to the awesome volunteers as well as Keep the Midlands Beautiful for their generous donation of supplies for this event!
