During the research phase, Senior students spent time reflecting upon the needs of the Motor Row community. Using that information, students then infused their own interests and passions into the creative process, developing distinctive concepts. In this newsletter you’ll learn about unique concepts that are being brought to life this semester. All of the Senior students have been working to create meaningful spaces that are functional and tell a story.

Heirloom: A Mentorship Community

“The last stage of a plant’s life cycle, after it flowers, is to produce seeds.” Within every successful person lies the story of a mentor that took them under their wing and gave them the knowledge and confidence necessary to achieve goals beyond their wildest dreams. It is our responsibility to create space for mentorship within our communities. Through intergenerational relationships, individuals can share skills and experiences, improve wellbeing, and gain a better sense of purpose, regardless of their stage in life.
