So, on the eve of turning 50, I took to Google and this came up….and I got depressed!!! Search for: What does it mean to turn 50? • Senior discounts. • Travel deals. • Tax deductions for seniors. • Bigger retirement account limits. • No more early withdrawal penalty. • Affordable health insurance. • Senior services.
Turning 50 is a big deal, a major milestone. Of course, all birthdays with a zero on the end are significant as they mark entry into a new decade of your life but somehow 50 represents the Great Divide, a sharp line between young and old has definitely been crossed. But on a brighter and more positive note, a big well done and thank you for the push on Smile Saturdays so far. The October figures are strong for submissions and case starts, so let’s keep up the momentum for the upcoming events for even more to celebrate in December!
And on that note, the Conference sign up opens tomorrow, Thursday! Please register your attendance and just as importantly, submit your award nominations for the shining stars in your CD UK world – who deserves to be recognised? Registration and nomination deadlines are shorter windows than usual this year, please visit the Hub for full information. Lastly, for anyone else like me who’s needing a trip to the the chiropractor - we’ve included a reminder of some of the benefits available to our colleagues on page 6 ;-) Mike Clare Chief Executive Officer
NET PROMOTER SCORE Net Promoter Score is strong and has been steady since we launched, but of course we’re always looking to improve it! Growing our brand and reputation will be a priority for 2022 and NPS is the key metric to show how we’re performing. We’re now telling our customers how we’re performing each month on waiting room TV screens. As result of the prompt to Promoters to leave a Google review, we’ve seen double digit increases in the number of reviews month on month, and some practice scores have seen big leaps too, e.g. Vicarage Lane has moved from 3.6 to 4, Market Place from 3.8 to 4.1 and Yeovil has leapt from 3.5 to 4.7. Please continue to discuss NPS in your team huddles and with your ROM so everyone is engaged and working together to continually improve.
