Colorado PGA Members Have Access to 2018 US Senior Open General Tickets

As a courtesy extended by the USGA, Class A PGA Members, Life Members and Master Professional Members along with a spouse or guest have access to complimentary tickets to the Championship. Unfortunately, this offer is only for PGA Members and does not extend to Associates or PGA Golf Management University Students. PGA Members will be required to show Membership Card and Photo I.D. to receive tickets. All tickets will be held at Will-Call for pick-up on a daily basis.

Military Bunker Tickets Going to the 2018 U.S. Senior Open at The Broadmoor? Then enjoy admission into The Bunker Hospitality Suite complimentary of the Colorado PGA REACH Foundation. The Colorado PGA has secured 50 Bunker passes for each day (Thursday through Sunday - June 28-July 1) to share with its Members. Tickets will first be offered to Class A Members and then to Associates. The Bunker Hospitality Suite, featuring complimentary food and beverage, will be located behind the 18th green. To best serve the maximum number of Colorado Professionals, the tickets will be issued on a first-come, firstserved basis. Each Professional will be allowed to reserve two (2) passes for a single day. Tickets will be picked up on-site at the JGAC Junior Golf Experience. Any tickets not picked up by 1:00 p.m. on the reserved day will be made available to another member requesting access that day. Click here to reserve your tickets.

Volunteer Instructors Still Needed t

he Colorado Section will be hosting a Youth Experience area at The Broadmoor during the U.S. Senior Open on June 25-July 1. We are still looking for a few PGA Professionals to provide instruction to these young golfers. Volunteers are being schedule for half-day blocks. Please contact Holly Champion, hchampion@pgahq. com, if you are available to share your expertise with the next generation of golfers.

n 2016, in order to give more of our PGA Members the opportunity to get involved and engaged, the Colorado PGA moved to a two year commitment for all committees, except for the Awards Committee where the previous year’s winners select the current year’s winners. This time frame conincides with the term of the President of the Colorado PGA and our hope is that more of our Colorado PGA Members will want to participate and get more involved in the governance of our Section.
