Meet Kiki Xanthos

A Beacon of Hope and Generosity in Hidden Hills

On the 9th of July, I had the pleasure of meeting with Kiki Xanthos. In a world often filled with discord and strife, Mrs. Xanthos is a beacon of hope and a reminder that good people still exist. Her passion for volunteering in Hidden Hills is just one aspect of her commitment to doing good in the world. Kiki shared, “I grew up in a war zone, in a place where I had to go to sleep afraid, and because of this, I know what it’s like to struggle.”

Kiki has volunteered at numerous places, including “Kids’ n Cancer” and “Cheerful Helpers for Handicap Children.” When we discussed the roots of her passion, it became clear that her optimistic view on life and people drives her actions. She believes in change and possesses a wealth of wisdom about the world.

As I reflected on our conversation, I told her that she inspired me to be better. She then said she was always just a phone call away if I needed anything. This simple offer revealed the generous heart of gold that defines Kiki Xanthos.

LHappiest Trails: with Linda and Rachel

inda Yallen is riding on one of her favorite trails with her new beautiful buckskin horse, Kasu, and Rachel is riding her chestnut horse, Ty. This trail is the first one off Round Meadow between Hoback Glen and John Colter. They love this trail because it’s long, great for cantering, flat, smooth, and especially quiet.
