At the Coop, you can meet up with your friends, grab lunch, check your mailbox, study by a crackling fire, promote your cause, and host a radio show — all without having to leave the building.

A sunny fall day on one of the most beautiful college campuses in America — Monday could be worse. 1

MONDAY

The average class size is 18 students.

“ I learn a lot from my students, and I work hard to share my deep passion for history with them.” – Professor Robert Nemes, here with his class, Europe in Crisis.

Clayborne Carson, of the Martin Luther King Jr. Research and Education Institute, visits Colgate.

8

“Our debate team just got its own practice room in Lathrop Hall last year, so it’s kind of a cool, new thing for us. In the last couple of years, we have traveled to Manila, Botswana, Turkey, Ireland, England, and throughout the U.S.” – Travis Steele ’12

MONDAY

Colgate has four a cappella groups, and the Dischords are both the newest and the one with the best pun for a name. 9
