The Corporate Trustee operates a scheme of delegation where fund signatories of the individual funds have delegated authority to incur expenses based on the individual fund objectives in accordance with directions set out by the Corporate Trustee in standing orders and financial instructions. All requests over £5k also require approval from the Charitable Funds Committee. Requests over £250k require approval from Trust Board acting in its capacity as Corporate Trustee .
