OXY’S CONSOLIDATION

The following section outlines three potential pathways for Oxy to evaluate the consolidation of operations and expansion within The Woodlands.

Each option is accompanied by high-level project economics and a preliminary completion schedule, which will be further refined through collaboration to meet Oxy’s financial and operational objectives.

This includes exploring alternative lease structures, a renewed lease at 1201 Lake Robbins, and new development opportunities. CURRENT

Proposes a renewal at 1201 Lake Robbins, with a phased expansion into 9950 Woodloch Forest to match Oxy’s growth and other lease expirations. This option assumes Oxy’s assistance in discussions with Western Midstream to facilitate their relocation.

Offers a renewal at 1201 Lake Robbins alongside the construction of a new +/- 400,000 SF office building across The Woodlands Waterway, with the potential to connect both properties via a skybridge.

Envisions a custom-built, iconic +/- 1.3M SF tower for Oxy, designed to meet both current and future needs, providing a fully tailored solution for long-term growth.
