Media Proposal for Dubai FinTech Summit 2023 This proposal is made for a strategic media partnership between Trescon and that CoinBold (hereinafter referred to as the “MEDIA PARTNER”) for the following events below: Dubai FinTech Summit, Dubai- 8th and 9th May, 2023, Madinat Jumeirah TRESCON!S DELIVERABLES: (Each deliverable is applicable per event as listed below) •

Officially promote Partner’s logo as a ‘Media Partner’ on event website (order of appearance to be decided by Trescon)

Placing Partner’s logo with hyperlinks (wherever applicable) on all marketing collaterals.

•

Partner’s logo on all at-the-event branding including event backdrop, and TV screens (wherever applicable).

•

Standard access ticket to Dubai FinTech Summit (admits one)

PARTNER’S DELIVERABLES: (Each deliverable is an applicable per event as listed above.

All content, banners & dates are to be provided by Trescon) •

Social media posts announcing Dubai FinTech Summit across all relevant social media platforms

•

Social media posts of the post-event video across all relevant social media platforms

•

Event listing on partner website

•

Editorial/video interviews of sponsor and senior management

•

Publishing pre and post event press-release on partner website (Content to be shared by Trescon)

Event dates are subject to change due to various factors and will be intimated in advance.

If any party fails to deliver its obligations within the stipulated time, the non- breaching party is still entitled to the remedies, whereas, the party that fails to fulfil said deliverables will not be eligible for any of the mutual benefits & compensations.

To formalize the agreement, we expect a signed copy of the same within 10 days. Failing which the agreement will be void.

Media Partners must provide logos in both EPS formats in high definition.

The Agreement will cease to be valid if the Media Partner is identified as a vendor by Trescon. ‘Vendor’ is defined as a Partner that falls under the solution provider category for the said event.

Placement of Media Partner’s logo is subject to deadlines of print material and availability of Media Partner logos.

Press passes issued are for registered representative and are not transferable ; passes will only be issued to those in press capacity and representatives will be required to present valid accreditation onsite.

Trescon retains the right to limit or ban the access of the representatives from Partner to the event and its sessions.

Trescon has the right to nullify the agreement if, not satisfied with the retained deliverables from the partnership.
