Elaine Palmer Taylor is the Senior Pastor of an Assemblies of God Pentecostal church in her local area of Redditch.

Elaine’s journey began in 1976 after giving her life to the Lord whilst attending the Church of God of Prophecy in Birmingham.

Elaine is a Senior qualified HR professional having fellow status with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She is an HR & Management Consultant which gives her the opportunity to work across multiple organisations including churches and schools, holding positions such as HR Director, Non-Executive Director, Senior HR Consultant and Executive Coach & Mentor. She is extremely passionate about developing people to reach their full potential in their giftings and talent and as such she has designed and developed Senior Leadership Development Programmes both for Churches and Secular organisations which has supported and empowered many individuals to advance in their ministry or careers.

Elaine is a multi-faceted, multi role, blessed woman of God, however, she will tell you that her most treasured position is that of being wife to Mark Taylor for almost 30 years and mother to Christopher and Rebecca.

Alan started his career in the RAF Regiment, which has helped form the discipline required for success in his subsequent roles. He spent his corporate life working for blue chip companies such as Pitney Bowes, British Telecom, Orange, T Mobile.

Alan is the founder and CEO of the Honey Group, which is now one of the largest estate planning companies in the country, with over 300 staff and 60,000 existing clients growing by 10,000 clients a year and climbing.

Miss Melissa Taylor is the Managing Director of Honey Bee Wills, an associated partner of Honey Legal. Since our inception, the team at HoneyBee Wills have made it our mission to help individuals and couples get their affairs in order. In contrast, they are alive and healthy, so their loved ones and future generations can benefit and prosper from their legacy.

In addition, since the pandemic in 2020, there has been a rise in overall deaths worldwide.
