Desmond accepted Jesus and was baptised 10 years ago. He currently attends Bethel Lighthouse Fellowship in Walsall, which is part of Bethel United Church of Jesus Christ Apostolic (U.K). Desmond has been working at the Corporate Administrative Office for the past eight years and transitioned to the role of Interim Corporate Accountant. Professionally he is a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and member of Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT)

Maxine Douglas is a Business Development Consultant with over 30 years’ experience working within the public sector. Much of her roles included working as a critical friend for various stakeholder agencies. For the last 20 years, she has dedicated herself to supporting third sector organisations to build their capacity and realise their vision, mission, and purpose.
Her career began in the private sector and spans an array of functions, which includes finance & administration. She also worked as a Training & Development manager, which brought her working throughout the UK, Scotland, and Ireland.
Maxine is a licensed Minister for Church of God of Prophecy U.K.
– Jubilee Christian Centre in Wolverhampton. She holds a significant portfolio as an Associate Pastor, Treasurer and Social Action Business Manager for their outreach Community Support Centre.
Maxine is a trustee of the Church of God of Prophecy U.K, Pentecostal church, with a portfolio as the Corporate Social Action Director. She is director for RAFFA International Development Agency, Eden Solution – Environment and Carbon Neutrality CIC company and the founder and facilitator of West Midlands Faith in Action (wm FIA).
Wm FIA is an umbrella organisation of Black, African & Caribbean (BAC) faith leadership, set up to address the concerns, issues and barriers faced by the BAC community
Maxine has been married to Kevin for nearly 32 years and is a proud mother of 8: birth twins and six adopted children, as well as a delighted grandmother.

Gary is a QHSE professional with extensive experience managing and leading health, safety and environmental agendas for Corporate organisations within both private and third sectors, including financial services, information technology, professional services, consultancy, facilities management and charities.
He is passionate about promoting good health, safety and environmental practice as a business enabler and specialises in the development and implementation of health, safety, environmental management systems and processes to help organisations drive cultural improvements.
Gary is married to Sirita and they have two children Ezekiel and Noah; they attend the Small Heath church in Birmingham.
