That’s why we’ve developed a flexible range of products—split into four easy-to-mix categories—so you can build welcome packs that reflect your Union’s values, personality, and budget.
These packs are designed to help students feel at home and settle into their new environment with confidence.
They’re also a great way to share your own materials—whether it’s info on wellbeing resources, upcoming events, or how to get involved in Union life.
Every box comes with a fully Customisable Sleeve—design it yourself, or let our team bring your vision to life!

Branded Box Sleeves
A branded sleeve is a great cost-effective way of finishing your hamper and making it personal to you. The price is calculated for you on the accompanying price list, based on the quantity required and contents selected.
It’s a really simple process and we are happy to guide you all the way. For easy reference, please see below.
Artwork
You can supply your own artwork, or we can provide a design service based on your brief.
The cost for the design service is £40 per hour. As a guide most designs are completed in 1-3 hours. Lead time for printing is approximately 14 working days from artwork sign off. If you have a specific deadline please let us know.
You supply your own artwork – no charge
If you are producing your own artwork, we will send you a layout template (based on the size of your box) and artwork spec for the sleeve. Once ready, you will need to send us:
Two print ready PDFs. One PDF exported with both the artwork and fold lines showing on the template, the second PDF with the artwork visible but the fold lines hidden
PDFs should be exported with crop marks and 3mm bleed.
You supply the brief for the artwork
We need to understand what you want your design to look and feel like, so please include information on what you would like included on the sleeve, colours, logo, messages etc. This artwork design service is charged at £40 per hour. You will need send:
High-res logo
Brand guidelines if you have them or samples of other printed material to guide us on the layout
Your Hex/Pantone/CMYK references
Message wording, if required

Your chosen pack will come in a hamper box sized to the contents, lined with tissue paper and if chosen, a branded sleeve printed in full colour – featuring your artwork, branding and/or message

The Small Print
Prices exclude delivery.
Delivery can be in bulk to one address or to individual addresses in the mainland UK.
Delivery in bulk is based on final size and weight of the parcel. Please ask for a quote.
Delivery to individual addresses is available as follows:
Royal Mail untracked 1st class delivery @ £5.10 ex. VAT per UK
Mainland address - takes 1-2 working days from despatch
Royal Mail untracked 2nd class delivery @ £3.75 ex. VAT per UK
Mainland address - takes 2-4 working days from despatch
APC Tracked & guaranteed nominated day delivery service @ £7.80 ex. VAT per UK Mainland address – includes 1 hour specific time window notification on day of delivery to each recipientdelivered the next working day
Prices exclude VAT at the current rate.
