CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS (DROP-IN, VIRTUAL) EYE SPY GAME (VIRTUAL, AGES 0-6, PARENTED) Zoom Meeting ID: 334 604 1718 Passcode: vaFKK2 Develop your child’s problem solving and communication skills by joining us for a fun eye spy game. BOOKWORMS AND SONGBIRDS (VIRTUAL, AGES 0-6, PARENTED) Zoom Meeting ID: 993 5885 1596 Passcode: hER73M Join us Wednesday mornings for a virtual story time followed by a few fun and interactive songs. This group is open to bookworms and songbirds of all ages!

PARENT/GUARDIAN EDUCATION PROGRAMS TRIPLE P TRANSITIONS: FOR DIVORCED AND SEPARATED PARENTS (VIRTUAL, REGISTERED) Over five sessions, your Triple P provider will give you new ideas, techniques, and strategies to help you through your day-to-day dramas and ongoing trauma of your situation. These ideas can help you cope with stress, anger, change, resolve conflict, and communicate better with your ex.

COMMUNITY WELL-BEING Register by noon the day before the session: cochrane.ca/ProgramGuide APPLIED SUICIDE INTERVENTION SKILLS TRAINING (ASIST) (IN PERSON) This is a suicide first aid two-day interactive workshop. Learn when someone may have thoughts of suicide and how to create a plan that will support their immediate safety. Certificate program from the Centre for Suicide Prevention.

Meals on Wheels For Your Freezer

SENIORS ON THE BOW (SOTB)

Frozen Entrees offer choice and flexibility while providing meals that are heart healthy and diabetic friendly. Each meal is well balanced and includes a starch, protein and vegetables. Place an order periodically to stock your freezer or request orders on a weekly basis.
