THINGS TO DO DEC 30-JAN 27
PRESCHOOL PLAYTIME (AGES 3-5, PARENTED) Come play and explore the interactive activities to promote your child’s cognitive, social/emotional and physical development. This is a great opportunity for your preschoolers to develop preschool and kindergarten readiness skills.
FAMILY RESOURCE NETWORK (FRN) IN-PERSON PROGRAMS (DROP-IN, REGISTERED) To continue to offer in-person programming safely we are participating in the Restriction Exemption Program. All adults (18+) will be required to provide government issued ID and one of the following: 1.
Proof of vaccination - Full vaccination (two doses) is required after Oct 25.
2. Proof of a privately paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72hrs of service (tests from AHS or Alberta Precision Laboratories are not allowed). 3. Official documentation of a medical exemption.
CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS (DROP-IN, IN PERSON) BABY STEPS (PRENATAL-WALKING, PARENTED) Join us and connect with parents while babies explore new activities, songs and interact with other babies. Staff from Cochrane Mental Health will be on site on Jan 25 to discuss any questions about the post-partum journey.

COCHRANE PRENATAL HEALTH GROUP (REGISTERED, VIRTUAL) You can meet with an Alberta Health Services childbirth educator and a registered AHS Dietician to connect with other parents on the topics of pregnancy, nutrition, labour and birth, breastfeeding and feeding your baby, infant sleep, newborn care transition to parenthood and early parenting.
