Where did 2022 go!
It was another successful twelve months here at Cobbitty Equine Farm, on and off the track. It was a big year of firsts for us which we are proud of and thankful to the wonderful team we have supporting us and making our dreams become reality.
Last year saw the completion of our new breeding barn which saw our first year expanding our operations to New Zealand. We also welcomed a collaboration with Haras Des Trotteurs which we are looking forward to continuing this year. This collaboration saw us launch a Trotting race series worth over $150,000 and our own Cobbitty Equine Classic race series worth over $200,000. We hope to continue to build on this series each year as a way of giving back to our breeding and racing community.
The 2022/23 season was our biggest season to date. In total we served 1008 mares throughout Australia and New Zealand and this season our Stallion roster continues to expand, offering our breeders 10 world class pacing Stallions.
We can’t thank everyone enough for their support and well wishes for the season. Our goal at Cobbitty Equine Farm is to offer our breeders not only exceptional quality Stallions, but also offer a product which can meet the needs of our clients regardless of what State they are in, whether they breed to race or sell, as a hobby or a profession. We look forward to continuing to listen to our clients and continue to raise the benchmark in breeding in Australasia for years to come.
We welcome our existing and new partnerships for another season, and can’t wait to get it underway.
