Our popular Flat Matt paint has a rich chalky finish that’s easy to clean and long-lasting. It’s good for pretty much any interior wall or ceiling surface. It’s the most matt finish we do, and has a really premium look as well as being super hardy and easy to clean.

Eggshell is the one for woodwork and trim, as well as exteriors. One up from matt, this popular trim paint looks great and stands up to years of knocks and scuffs. It was made for the tough life in doorways, skirting and upcycling furniture so it’s stain-resistant and easy to clean.

Works just the smae as our Interior Eggshell but Our Exterior Eggshell is weather resistant and super durable too.

Anything that’s made to be single-use like paint testers needs serious thought. We think differently about our approach to every part of the paint buying journey. With 95% less waste than tester pots, they’re 100% adhesive free (no glue) and made from 100% recyclable PET material. What’s more, unlike almost all other paint companies we hand-finish all our paints to order - so there’s no waste in production. Win:win for us and the planet.

Unlike most of the paint produced, the entire COAT range is entirely water-based and low VOC (that’s toxins). Our supplies are made from entirely recycled and recyclable materials too, like sustainably-harvested bamboo, recycled brush filaments and recyclable steel. No nasty plastics. All packaging is recycled and recyclable too. A fundamentally greener approach.

Most paint companies batch-produce paint in huge quantities, in different colours, only for it to sit on shelves in stores or warehouses. Customers then take multiple trips to-and-from the stores to pick out a dusty tin. But not COAT. We produce paint to order in only the colours people want, and send it straight to your door via Carbon Neutral delivery partners. That’s less waste, and less car trips.
