PET WEEK Lola is a lovely female, 2-year-old, American Staffordshire Terrier. This gal is calm and easy-going, but ready to play a lot as well and likes other dogs. She will do well in a variety of homes, including a home with children and other animals. Breakfast with a pumpkin SAN MARCOS — The city of San Marcos will be hosting its annual Breakfast with the Littlest Pumpkin fundraiser from 7:30 to 11 a.m. Oct. 22 at the San Marcos Community Center. The breakfast benefits the Raggedy Ann & Andy Preschoolers Program and will include pancakes, eggs, sausage and orange juice or coffee. Quarter carnival games will be available for the children. Tickets are $5 for adults and $4 for children and may be purchased at the door or in advance at the San Marcos Community Center, 3 Civic Center Drive.
