Fourie holds art drive to help local kids
As the season of giving approaches, seven-year-old Ruby Fourie decided to organize an art drive to collect art supplies and backpacks to give art packs to local Carpinteria kids before the winter break. Her goal is to ll 0 art packs to give to members of the United Boys irls Clubs of Santa Barbara, Carpinteria Unit. To contribute to Fourie s art drive, community members can drop o donations before Dec. at the Carpinteria rts Center on Fridays through Sundays from noon to p.m. or at Curtis Studio of Dance during their operating hours.
