Our Registered Dietitian, Mikaela Henderson, PDt., offers an exciting service called Nutrigenomix. This is a simple genetic test using your saliva that allows for personalized nutrition recommendations based on your DNA.

This DNA test looks at 70 evidenced based genetic markers to reveal how your body responds to sodium, omega-3 fats, whole grains, saturated fats, caffeine, folate, vitamin C, while providing you with practical information on weight management,

nutrient metabolism, heart health, food intolerances, eating habits and physical activity as they relate to your own body. The genetic test is available in different formats depending on your primary focus: Health & Wellness Sport, and Fertility. With Nutrigenomix, you receive nutrition recommendations that are specifically tailored to your genetic makeup!
