We have considered tender, offers to purchase, expressions of interest, public auction and private treaty, and recognising the need to offer the site to the market in a way that promotes competition and to ensure the sale process is indisputable.

Why expressions of interest

Each potential purchaser will need to put forward their best and final offer (in writing) on a contract of sale.
