CMS APOLLO FL SERIES The CMS Apollo FL Series floorbox has been designed for maximum flexibility to suit client requirements, with standard off the shelf component catering for most applications. Incorporated in the lid is an easy grab lifting handle and an oversized cable exit cap. The oversize exit cap ensures all cords exiting are contained within.

A bevelled edge carpet frame and 7mm carpet recessed lid are moulded from hard wearing, high impact poly carbonate / ABS blend polyimide with a 2.5mm galvanised steel plate fitted into the lid, making this one of the toughest boxes yet. The carcass and mounting plate are constructed from powder coated steel, producing a long lasting robust unit.

Multi directional lid comes as standard in soft grey with other colours available on request (MOQ apply). Behind our communication mounting plates is a 50mm cavity catering for popular AV and communication requirements.

CABLELINK RAPIDE EXTRA Ackermann revolutionised the floor box concept with the introduction of the first fast fit floor box, the Cablelink Rapide. Further development has resulted in the Cablelink Rapide Extra, Ackermann’s new fast fit floorbox that offers you more.

Retaining all the popular features of Cablelink Rapide, Rapide Extra has been engineered for easier and faster installation, maximum life span flexibility and offers a host of new features and options.

The design allows for the complete box and/or individual modules to be easily installed and removed. The robust one piece, one size moulded frame, offers the option of future proofing with the easy addition of a fourth module at a later date. New optional extras such as cable retainers, cable dump and lockable lid make Rapide Extra the ultimate cost effective interface between underfloor services and the office environment.

RAPIDE INSTALLATION & REMOVAL Still one of the fastest floor boxes to install, Rapide Extra’s no tools fixing and unique patented spring loaded blade mechanism significantly reduces installation time and costs.

As well as being one of the fastest and easiest floorboxes on the market to install, the unique design of Rapide Extra means that it is also one of the fastest and easiest to remove from the floor.

For example, during initial installation, the floor box may have to be removed from the floor tile a number of times to accommodate various trades and services work. This, together with maintenance and relocation to accommodate changes in office layout, is made simpler by Rapide Extra’s unique features. The one piece floor box frame and patented spring loaded blade system means there is no unscrewing, dismantling or levering required. Simply retract the blades and lift the complete box from the floor, saving time and reducing costs.

REVERSABLE LID Rapide Extra’s quick release, reversible lid mechanism ensures easy removal. Its reversibility accommodates cables from any direction, thus removing excessive strain on incoming cables.

TAMPER PROOF LOCK Rapide Extra comes with additional features such as a lockable lid option. This tamper proof feature provides extra security against the accidental disconnection of services or unauthorised use.

CABLE DUMP This new innovation from Ackermann enables excess cabling to be stored safely away within the floor box.

CABLELINK RAPIDE EXTRA FUTURE PROOFING Rapide Extra not only provides flexibility in its installation, but also in its capacity to accommodate future expansion.

The ever increasing proliferation in data requirements or the integration of special power needs an option for increased capacity within the cable management infrastructure. Rapide Extra’s one size floor box frame offers an expansion capacity, from a 3 module to a 4 module box, at a significantly reduced cost compared to traditional methods.

Included with every 3 module box is a moulded expansion plate, which provides neat closure until the fourth module position is required. When needed simply remove the moulded expansion plate and install a new module.

ADD AND REMOVE MODULES WITHOUT REMOVING BOX Ackermann’s original innovation of floor boxes constructed from individual modules has set the standard for ease of installation and flexibility. Ackermann’s latest development in modularity enables modules to be installed and removed without dismantling or removing the floor box frame.

Rapide Extra’s unique method of fixing the individual modules to the floor box frame affords the option of lift up or drop-down installation and removal of individual modules whilst the floor box frame remains in the floor. This unique feature means that installation, retro fitting and the removal of modules can be carried out with minimum disruption and at greatly reduced cost.

CABLE RETAINERS Cable retainers are also available as an option. Supplied pre -fitted or as retro fit items depending on the floor box build, cable retainers assist in the routing of incoming cables through the cord caps and reduce the risk of damage to the cables.

GES2 SERIES The GES 2 is a brilliantly simple concept in floor outlet from CMS. Small and discreet when you need it to be, or the centre of attention in stainless steel when you want it to be.

This floor outlet is suited to every floor type, the standard model coming complete with a recessed lid to allow the easy installation of a matching floor covering. The GES 2 will provide two GPOs wherever they are required.

This box has two compartments and will accept any two of the mounting plates listed in the below.

GESRM2 SERIES A simple solution just got clever. The GESRM2 floor outlet box is designed for use in screed, cavity and raised floor applications.

When not in use it is dust and water resistant to IP65. It is ideal for P.V.C and tiled internal floors that need wet cleaning. The unit can be fitted with one general purpose power outlet, two RJ45 data / telephone outlets, or one auto switched power outlet and two RJ45 data / telephone outlets. The GESRM2 is also available as a directional spotlight.

The IP65 rated lid section is manufactured from die cast zinc non-slip surfacing. Surfaces available are: stock nickel and aged brass.

The undercarriage is manufactured from 1.2mm galvanized steel.

CABLELINK 1 The CL1 is where it all began, the original floor outlet from CMS. A unique compact circular floor outlet box. The CL1 is designed for use in all types of floors. It is ideally suited for providing a single power, data or telephone outlet where and when required. It is supplied standard with a hinged, robust plastic dome lid. The options of a non-slip Nickel finish, non-slip brass and plastic flush floor lids are available for when the floor outlet is not in use. The original simple solution from CMS. HINGED DOME LID Manufactured from polyamide. An extremely tough fire retardant material.

OUTLET MOUNTING PLATE CMS outlet (10, 15 or 20 Amp) can be easily mounted for power requirements. For data and telephone a bezel is inserted in the mounting plate, so RJ series connectors and TV points can easily snap in.

OUTLET BODY Zinc alloy pressure die-cast body with internal and external threads which allows different mounting plates and accessories to be installed, as well as providing simple means of installation.

CONDUIT MOUNTING BOX Available so the outlet can be installed in a preformed concrete slab.

BR1 SERIES The BR1 floor outlet box is designed for use in screed, polished concrete floor applications. When not in use it is dust and water resistant up to IP65. The unit is fitted with one general purpose power outlet, one RJ45 data / telephone outlet.

This unit comes as standard with a brass lid for when the box is not in use & a dome lid for when in use. It is also height adjustable and is ideal in wet clean floor applications.

The IP65 rated lid section is manufactured from brass, whilst the undercarriage is manufactured from 1.2mm plated steel.

CMS APOLLO FL STAINLESS STEEL SERIES The CMS Apollo FL stainless steel series floorbox has been designed for maximum flexibility to suit client requirements, with standard off the shelf component catering for most applications. Incorporated in the lid is an easy grab lifting handle and cable exit cap.

Incorporated into the stainless steel lid and carpet frame is a 12mm recess to accommodate the floor finish. The carcass and mounting plate are constructed from powder coated steel producing a long lasting robust unit.

The Titan floorbox provides services directly to workstations, conference, meeting, and training rooms suitable for concrete or computer access floor applications.
