Owned by Trans Vent Spiral Tubing with over 45 years experience in pipe manufacture.

Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) Manufacturing is an Australian owned family business with the head office in Sydney and a satellite office covering all of Australia. We have developed complete manufacturing facilities on both the East and West coasts of Australia, with ability to manufacture on site or ship to the location of request.

MOBILE PIPE MILLS

CMP Manufacturing prides itself in having the most modern Mobile Pipe Mills in Australia. The mills have been designed in accordance with the strictest work health and safety standards, with the safety of employees and customers in mind. We currently have two mobile mills, servicing the East and West Coast of Australia. The Mobile Mill on the East coast is located close to the Bowen Basin, Central Queensland; whilst the Western Australian Mill is based out of Chittering Western Australia.

FABRICATION

CMP Manufacturing can fabricate fittings and joiners to suit all of your corrugated pipe needs in a range of materials, thicknesses and types depending on diameter and purpose. Special fittings such as Bends, Tee Pieces and Half Round Pipe for use as drainage troughs are all manufactured at either of our two manufacturing facilities to your specifications.

PROFILE

CMP Manufacturing’s mobile mill can produce four diverse corrugations for our corrugated metal pipe (refer to ‘Figure 1’). We are also able to manufacture a range of other corrugated lock seam fittings and spiral welded products in our New South Wales and Queensland facilities. 1

CMP Manufacturing is able to fabricate pipe and fittings in numerous diameters from 300 to 7600 diameter.

CMP offers a variety of materials and coatings to suit your application. Standard CMP culvert pipe is made from Galvanised steel with a coating of Z600 as per the Australian Standard AS 2041.4:2010 for buried corrugated metal structures.
