give you a maximum budget to work with. In this low inventory market, you will have a much better chance of getting the home you want if you are prepared to make an offer and have the pre-approval in your hand. If you are a seller, we can’t emphasize the importance of
decluttering, making any repairs that you are aware of and cleaning. Cleaning should include cabinet drawers, floors and closets. Last, but not least, find a Realtor that will listen to your wants and budget, someone you are comfortable with and will go the extra mile to make your dreams come true. Whether buying or selling, take time to understand the process and ask your Realtor to explain it to you.
