Tejas Rodeo Company provides a live-action competition, delicious barbeque, sizzling steaks, cold beverages, live music and dancing on an outdoor dance floor. The main attraction is the bull riding, calf roping, barrel racing and other arena events. Kids can get in on the fun with the rodeo’s calf scramble and mutton bustin’ activities. We pride ourselves on our local community events including Bulverde Car Show, Run for the Hills 5K and 10K, Bulverde Jubilee, and Bulverde Christmas Lighting among others. Come on over to Jumbo Evans Sports Park (JESP). A multi-use facility, JESP has approximately 65 acres including seven soccer fields, four baseball fields, and a developing football and tennis complex. Since 2007, Comal County has invested $1.5M in park improvements. Those funds have led to the installation of new football fields, six tennis courts, and updated soccer and baseball fields. Future projects will include additional lighting for all fields and a concession and restroom facility for tennis and football organizations. The Bulverde Youth Soccer Association, Bulverde Little League, Spring Branch Youth Football and Lacrosse Associations, and the Spring Branch Tennis Association offer activities for youths and adults. These organizations take pride in offering programs that keep our community
