Parties Planning or hosting a party is a big responsibility. If you decide to host a party in the City of Mt. Pleasant, make sure to avoid a few things such as: • Open intoxicants in public spaces • Selling or furnishing alcohol to minors • Drinking and driving • Loud music or noise after 11 p.m. Taking the necessary precautions will help prevent unwanted conflicts with neighbors and police. Property appearance While renting in the City of Mt. Pleasant the tenant is responsible for the maintenance of the house and yard, including trash disposal.
