Timber Creek Apartments Don’t you love signing a lease and underneath the lessee’s responsibility section there’s four paragraphs of utilities costs and fees written in something reminiscent of Olde English that you’re responsible to pay on top of that “low, low monthly rate.” Don’t you? Isn’t that fun? Don’t you lie to me! It’s not fun, you know it’s not and that’s why you need to check out Timber Creek where a flat rate is truly flat. We’re talking cost effectiveness here, easy on the pocket book means ease of mind.
