Climb for a Cure
to global standard
In February 2026, a dedicated team of climbers will take on the Avenue of the Volcanoes Challenge in Ecuador to raise vital funds for the iCMLf. Want to take part or support the cause? Visit www.climb-for-a-cure.raiselysite.com to sign up or donate children with CML globally
In 1998, the world saw the first clinical trials of imatinib - an innovation that changed everything. Today, TKIs have turned CML into a manageable condition. We’re celebrating 25 years of progress with a global timeline of milestones and a special interview with Dr. Brian Druker, who helped lead this revolutionary breakthrough. Read more:

iCMLf Global Alliances Update
The iCMLf Genomics and TFR Alliances now bring together over 40 collaborators across 21 countries, working with the HARMONY platform to advance TKI discontinuation and genomic risk prediction.
Genomics Alliance: All sites have now completed data upload, with 9 sites fully finalised and 3 more completing final mapping.
✔ 1,148 cases ready for analysis, with around 300 still to come.
TFR Alliance: 19 sites across 14 countries are participating in the iCMLf/HARMONY TFR project.
✔ 8 sites finalised, 2 mapping, 6 awaiting mapping, and 3 preparing data.
✔ 1,198 cases available for analysis, with around 1,400 more expected.
✔ Data analysis will begin in Q3 2025.
We thank Incyte and Pfizer for supporting the iCMLf Genomics and TFR Alliances.
