New Director of Support and Customer Relations: Andy Tjin CMiC is pleased to announce that Andy Tjin has been promoted to Director, Support and Customer Relations. Andy first started with CMiC in 1994 and has held various positions within the organization over the past 15 years. He has in-depth knowledge of the business and technical aspects of CMiC software and his experience with the construction industry and his familiarity with our client community make him uniquely suited to lead CMiC Support to enhance customer service and increase customer satisfaction. Andy will be expanding on the CMiC 360° Customer Service program as part of CMiC’s continuing effort to ensure our clients receive the best customer service.
