2. Attendance- see attached sign in sheet 3. The minutes from the previous Board meeting were dispensed with. 4. The Treasurer’s Report was dispensed with. 5. Unfinished Business a. See’s candy sales- Jessie is the only one who brought back See’s money. We think it might help to sell See’s candy in front of Ray’s. Turn candy money in at Awards Night. b. Reveille phonebook deliveries- We’ll deliver on Monday @ 9 a.m. -12:00 noon. c.
Awards Night- It will be potluck. Dress appropriately - fancy.
6. New Business a. Officer Training- training during the summer; we want to get done with training in June. i. Officers were encouraged to choose dates for training b. Friday Night Live table- Get Key Clubbers to help i. PTP fund raising ii. See’s candy iii. 4th of July tickets c. Senior Center BBQ- wear #IamKiwanis to shirts to the dinner. d. Division t-shirt entries- Need someone to do t-shirt competition, find someone. We need at least one entry from our home club.
