2. Attendance- see attached sign in sheet 3. Minutes – Minutes were read online and approved.

4. Treasurer’s Report – Balance on hand was: $1363.12 5. Committee Reportsa. Fall Rally- On Wednesday we will be having a committee meeting, spearheaded by Jessie.

The meeting will be at lunchtime in Room 5. b. Pediatric Trauma Program- Thursday we will have a meeting at lunchtime in Room 5and we’ll explore ideas on fundraising; committee is spearheaded by Paige. c. Community Appreciation- The Chair of this committee is Maggie; the first meeting will be held next week on Monday during lunch in Room 5. d. Table painting project- Helen volunteered to be the Table Painting project Chairperson .

A meeting was scheduled for next Friday at lunchtime in Room 5.

6. Unfinished Business – a. Kiwanis DCM in Ukiah- Rose reported that during this event our LTG Harlin presented; and we informed the Kiwanis about useful resources and upcoming Region 15 events.

Three of our members attended. b. PTP Fundraising in front of Ray’s- See sign-in sheets for specific sign ups. We’re doing well. Have made about $250 so far.

CNH|KEY CLUB c. Division newsletter- Jessie talked about this and informed members where to find the newsletters on-line and encouraged members to view them. They come out once a month, usually on the first day of the month. d. Kiwanis meeting attendance- Atziry & Carmen were assigned to attend this week’s Kiwanis meeting.

7. New Business a. Member recognition- Lillian, Bailey, Jessie, Audrey, and Atzity were awarded certificates of either Member of the Month or Officer of the Month for their work over the summer. b. Introducing the new Executive Assistants- Jessica, Tyler, and Atzity were introduced. c. Kiwanis Board meeting report- Lillian talked about what our Kiwanis is doing, since she went to the Kiwanis Board meeting. Mostly, they discussed funding for Kiwanis to go to conventions. But, they also are working on the Oktoberfest and the Marathon. d. Car Show booth- This Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sign-in sheets was passed around. e. Senior Center Breakfast – This Saturday from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. Sign-in sheet was passed around. f.

September 26th i. River Clean-Up- We need more sign-ups. This is an Interact project that we hope to help them with. Start time is meet at the cemetery parking lot at 9 a.m. ii. Havana Nights- Members needed at the Citrus Fair to help the Arts Alliance with this project. Start time is 4:30 p.m. Need to wear dress up clothes…. black attire. iii. Day and Night Festival- in Santa Rosa… a festival to help with gang prevention.

We would be helping the Piner Key Club with a booth. Meet at CHS at 2 p.m.
