2. Attendance- see attached sign in sheet 3. Minutes – Minutes were approved as read.

4. Treasurer’s Report- The balance on hand was $ 4,256.67.

5. Committee Report a. Fall Dinner committee – Lillian shared details about the dinner like date, location, prices, etc. She also mentioned that there would be another committee meeting on Thursday at lunchtime in Room 3 in order to get some work done for the project.

6. Unfinished Business a. Dues- Dues are due today, please be sure to turn in your money. Dues can be paid after today, but the cost goes up to $15. b. See’s Suckers- Selling See’s suckers, turn in money soon. c. Kiwanis meeting attendance- Jacob and Gaby and Lyndy are going to this week’s meeting. d. See’s candy bar sales- Wednesday members are doing two shifts for candy sales; from 2:304:30 and from 4:30-6:30. e. Awake-A-Thon- The division worked on new cheers and watched movies all night long with new friends. f.

PTP in front of Ray’s- Members will be showing up to help raise funds for PTP to go to Fall Rally. We’ve got three shifts on Sunday.

g. Fall Rally- We went over details; found out who wanted to order the special meal, who wanted to stay for the Haunted House, etc. Members will cheer, “buy” the LTGs in the auction and after the rally go on rides. h. Ways to earn Key Club Bucks this week- Members can sell See’s candy, raise money for PTP, go to a Kiwanis meeting, and attend the fall dinner committee meeting at lunch on Thursday.

7. New Business a. UNICEF boxes- Need members to go out and spread boxes around town to collect donations. Several members volunteered to go on Wednesday, after school. b. DLT meeting- we have a DLT meeting the 17th at Tricia’s office. c. Kiwanis marathon- It’s on October 23rd. A sign-up sheet was set out at the beginning of the meeting. d. Key Club Week- November 7-11th. We’ll explain it more next week.
