2. Attendance- see attached sign in sheet 3. Minutes – Minutes were approved as read.

4. Treasurer’s Report- The balance on hand was $2,280.06.

5. Committee Reports a. Diverse-A-Dish Dinner- Lillian went over everything being planned, and made sure of what everyone was going to bring. We think that less than one hundred will show.

6. Unfinished Business a. See’s candy money- Members must turn in their money for the candy. Starting at next Tuesday’s meeting, people will be fined for not turning it in. b. Halloween party- Members said they had fun and it was a success and we are grateful for all the people who helped. We funded $147 for MNT. c. Kiwanis meeting attendance- Emma and Neidi are still attending Thursday. We will contact them to be sure. The Board is all going next week and we’re doing a Kiwanis appreciation activity. d. Eliminate Project on campus- We plan on putting boxes around and presenting Eliminate.

Helen, Jacob, Alyssa and Alexis volunteered to go around to the classes to introduce the project.

7. New Business

Cloverdale High School Key Club

a. Key Club/Kiwanis DCM- It’s on November 5th. Meet at CHS at 9:15 a.m. All Board members should try to go. b. Key Club Week- We talked about what is going on during the week and encouraged everyone to go all out. We’re making tutus and spirit gear on Sunday at 1 p.m. at Lillian’s house. On Tuesday, we’re having a work session during our meeting and making “Thank You” cards and #Key Club Week clothespins during our meeting. On Wednesday, we’re meeting at lunch to put together our donation drawing items for the Diverse-A-Dish Dinner which is that night. On Thursday, we’ll be doing the clothespins on campus and we will have the Member Orientation that night. Finally, on Friday, we’re going bowling with the Kiwanis Family. c. November calendar- We gave all members a calendar of activities for November.
