HOW TO USE THIS GUIDEBOOK This Guidebook showcases the 28 single-family homes and townhomes featured in the 2017 Parade of Homes. Information provided for each home includes the builder’s name, an exterior photograph, an amenities list and easy-to-follow directions. In addition to the written directions and the map located on pages 24 & 25 of this Guidebook, each home’s listing includes a QR code that you may scan to receive directions on your Smartphone. Please note: Due to the wide range of QR readers and map applications, the BIA cannot guarantee that all Smartphones will process this QR as intended.

Tour The Homes The 2017 Parade of Homes features 28 new homes which are open to visitors from Saturday, June 17, through Sunday, June 25. Tour hours are 12:00-6:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and 5:00-8:00pm on weekdays. Since Parade traffic is higher on weekends, you may wish to visit some of the homes during the week.

The homes featured in the Parade of Homes are built as private residences rather than public buildings. For this reason, the homes may not be handicapped accessible. If you should need to confirm handicapped accessibility, please contact the individual builder.

Socks or stockings are required, as visitors may be asked to remove their shoes in some of the homes; additionally, some builders may require the use of shoe coverings, which are provided. All children must be closely supervised All Parade homes are judged in six categories and the awards are on display in each winning home.
