Visually,itoftenpresentsasananteriorpelvictilt,creatingan exaggeratedcurveinthelowerspine.Thebellymayprotrude slightly,thebumsticksout,andtheposturelooksstrained.This positioncompressesthelumbarspine,irritatessurroundingnerves, andovertime,cancompressthelowerspine,irritatenerveroots, andleadtochronicdiscomfort.It’saslowburn,oftenunnoticed untilpainbecomesaregularcompanion.
