A WORD FROM CLIMB

As summer wanes and autumn approaches, I am reminded of my favorite season—Indian summer.

Some of San Francisco’s best weather happens right now. However, November means more to me than just excellent weather—November is a month of being thankful.

It is in this spirit of thanks that we turn to Potrero Hill as our featured neighborhood, which is where our headquarters is based. We have been blessed to find a community with local neighborhood merchants, the Design Center, and of course, the residents of Potrero Hill. This month we take a look at two fantastic developments: The Symphony Towers and the Millennium Towers.

These two wonderful buildings are conveniently located and offer amazing amenities. In fact, our cover property is Steve Mi’s exceptional listing at the Millennium Towers. We’d also like to mention our Agent Reviews—be sure to check out Dirk Kinley’s take on the Anchorage Brewing company, Sophia Yuan’s experience at Hazel’s Kitchen and many other riveting restaurant reviews.

Make sure you get to Plow early for brunch because the corn millet muffin, peach pie, Chinese breakfast, and tomato soup are limited items that sell out quick!

Hazel’s Kitchen is a local spot that residents of Potrero Hill have secretly gushed about for years. Normal lunchtime hours observe a standard line out the door, five to six deep - but the wait is worth it. Hazel’s Kitchen serves up heartwarming sandwiches, soups, burritos, and daily specials you wouldn’t believe. Hazel’s is located on 18th Street between Texas and Missouri Streets. Enjoy!
