Emergence of an Innovative Manufacturing Facility Development in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air-conditioning) and increased standard of living has led to an increase in the demand for HVAC solutions. Climaveneta India is one of the leading companies in the HVAC market, we outgrew the capacity of our previous facility and with a new wave of demand that hit India, we decided upon riding the wave effortlessly. Climaveneta has commissioned a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Bangalore that is in alignment with the Government Policy of ‘Make in India’. The factory is located at Narsapura Industrial Area (near Mitsubishi Electric group companies), the new factory is about 50 km from the center of the city. The total area is around 1,50,000 SQFT.
The project started in around April 2019 and is now fully operational since June 2020 with the production of Air-Cooled Screw Chiller, Water-Cooled Screw Chillers and Data Center Products (PAC & In Row Units). Production setup consists of contemporary assembly lines, one each for Air-Cooled Screw Chiller, Water-Cooled Screw Chillers, PAC units and Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger assembly. Manufacturing setup is designed with Lean Factory Manufacturing principles like balanced production single line flow, 5S & Mudas and Kaizen.
