We are excited to offer our bulls this year via private treaty. As you will see all bulls will be priced accordingly to performance, genotype and phenotype. This year’s bulls may be the best yet sired by our powerful sired group led by WC REBEL 2125, CCC Cheetah 0029, CCC WC Redemption, and CCC Relentless ! These bulls are built for calving ease with that extra punch of growth at weaning and stacked Epd’s for carcass merit. You’ll notice their good dispositions when walking through the pens as we cull hard for that trait. These bulls were sent to Beus Feedlot on September 1st on a bull development ration and can be viewed at pen X15 anytime. The Denver pen bulls have been on a similar ration at our ranch so feel free to stop by and view them.
We really enjoy the seedstock and commercial cattle business, the genetic selection and the camaraderie of competition in the show ring. Our cattle are seen in the Yards at the National Western Stock show in Denver, Co., The Northern International Livestock Exposition in Billings, Mt., along with several Jr. shows throughout the U.S. Along with our success in the show ring our genetics have proven successful in commercial herds throughout the Northwest.

Health & Fertility
Health Certificates will be issued to all out-ofstate buyers on sale day. All Bulls, regardless of age, have passed a semen test.
warranty
Bulls selling for $4,000 or more will be covered for breeding soundness for the first 90 days after delivery. If a bull is deemed a non-breeder, we will provide a replacement bull if available, less salvage value. If a replacement is not available, we will credit purchase price less salvage value in our 2026 sale. All claims must be presented by July 1, 2025. Please note, Mortality is not covered, as this is an insurable risk.

Scrotal measurements, additional performance data and ultrasound measurements will be available on sale day.
feed & delivery
Bulls may be left in our care free of charge until March 1ST, 2025 and at a cost after that. We will provide free delivery to locations in WA, OR, and ID within 300 miles. Any additional miles, the buyer will pay for at actual cost.
terms & conditions
All Cattle sell under the terms and conditions as suggested by the American international Charolais Association. All Settlement are to be made with us immediately following the conclusion of the sale. Terms of the sale shall be cash or bankable checks unless prior arrangements have been made. All supplements to the sale book take precedence over what is written in the sale book. Registration certificated will be transferred on all animals.
