The QR Codes in our Cuddlelog lead instantly to videos of the products they are attached to. Here’s how to use them:

2 In either app, scan the QR code with your smart phone’s camera.
3 Get instant videos of new and popular items from our Cuddlelog!

Look for these icons throughout the catalog for items with these special features. Game
• Initial orders for all new / inactive accounts must be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).
• Upon Request: Net 30 terms are available after first Credit Card order and subject to credit approval. Must provide 3 current trade references and one bank reference.
• Minimum opening order is $150.00. Minimum re-order is $100.00.
• COD’s not accepted.
• A 1.5% monthly service charge will be added to past due accounts.
Freight Policy
• All orders over $300.00 will receive a 15% freight cap (within Continental US). Only applies to Cuddle Barn’s UPS Ground service.
• For orders under $300.00, we charge standard carrier rates.
Back Orders
• Back orders under $100.00 will be cancelled unless requested.
Defective Policy
• Cuddle Barn offers a 100% replacement policy for defective items, within 30 days of receipt of order. Contact customer service regarding defects.
• Inspect shipping boxes and notify the shipping agent if any portion of the box is damaged during delivery.
• Request returns within 30 days of purchase date.
All returns must be approved. Ship in original packaging and without a price affixed. 15% restocking fee will be charged on unauthorized returns or past 30 days of receipt of order.

4 Wait 24 to 72 hours for your application to be processed.
5 If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to set up your wholesale account and password.
a. Once this step is completed, you’ll be able to log on to the site to view stock and availability.
6 If declined, you’ll receive an email to confirm the reason(s) for declining.
