Serving Up The Best For You The Warwickshire Food & Drink Trade Show opens its doors on 22 November, with a wide range of exhibitors from across the West Midlands region. Come along and sample the finest produce the county has to offer, including cider, coffee, meat, soft drinks, cakes, pies, preserves and much more. It’s been a really busy year for the Coventry and Warwickshire food and drink industry and the show will exhibit products from local producers, many of whom have won awards. There will even be a chance to try brand new items, produced for the first time at this show. Here is just a taste of what you can expect: Springfield Kitchens will be exhibiting their delightful range of chutneys, jams and pickles suitable for coeliacs and vegans. All of their products are made from 100% natural ingredients, with no artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives. The Rugby-based company grow their own vegetables and produce items depending on seasons. They use no pesticides or composts in the soil for their certified organic range. A recent award winner, Springfield Kitchen won the Muddy Stilettos 2017 Food and Drink producer category for the region. Purity Beers will be exhibiting in the

main hall. The award-winning Alcester-based brewery has recently introduced its cask ales Pure UBU and Pure Gold across five of the Ricoh Arena’s concourse bars. The home of Rugby Premiership champions Wasps RFC, the Ricoh Arena has become the first stadium in the UK to be awarded Cask Marque status. This independent award is usually reserved for pubs serving great quality cask ale. Henley Chocolates is Warwickshire’s leading provider of hand crafted artisan chocolate.
