Spring Tip Spring is an excellent time to survey the outside of your home and repair any deficiencies that have arisen over the winter. Things to look for include broken or missing roof shingles, ice damaged or sagged eavestroughs, and if you had major roof ice issues, evaluating your homes attic insulation and ventilation is important. A quick walk around the yard will show up any grading or drainage issues around the foundation which can be corrected before plantings.
