We believe that every student should dream big, and be given the tools, support and confidence to turn those dreams into reality.
At Patcham, ambition is encouraged and expected from all our students. We believe that success should be accessible, and that with the right guidance, encouragement and challenge, every young person can exceed expectations. We aim to remove barriers, raise ceilings, and inspire students to imagine a future full of possibility.
We encourage our students to set high standards for themselves: in the classroom, on the stage, on the sports field, and in their personal lives. We want them to be fearless in their goals and bold in their aspirations.
From Year 7, students are supported to think about their next steps, beyond the exams ahead, making ambitious decisions about the futures they want to build.
