We know that this is the next step in helping you prepare for your tomorrow; we will ensure you achieve your ambitions by providing excellent teaching, academic support through a highly effective tutoring system, an extensive enrichment programme and experienced guidance on higher education, whether university or apprenticeships.
As a student at Harris Invictus Academy, you are joining an educational institution which prides itself on being the beating heart of its community.
Our sixth form has grown from small roots into establishing itself as a centre of educational excellence. Being a part of the Harris Federation has allowed us to form partnerships with leading organisations across the country, including renowned universities such as King’s College London and Cambridge University.
WELCOME TO HARRIS INVICTUS ACADEMY SIXTH FORM
Our vocational pathway allows students to enrol on specific vocational courses which will open doors to not just higher education, but apprenticeships and employment too. In partnership with Kinetic Academy, students receive tailored football coaching and training sessions from professionals in the field.
We offer two educational pathways in the sixth form: academic and vocational.
Your time at Invictus will be spent enriched with opportunities for wider learning and fun experiences, with central London just a stone’s throw away.
Our academic pathway is our more traditional offering which allows students to study A-Levels in order to ensure access to some of the UK’s best universities and professions.

With an academy specialism of Enterprise, subjects like Business and IT form a huge part of our sixth form curriculum offer. Many of our students aspire to careers in entrepreneurship and technology, which is reflected in the high uptake of A-Level Computing and Business and Vocational qualifications in IT and Business.
With the help of experienced and specialist teachers, our students are moving onto higher education or apprenticeships in IT, Tech, Business Management, and more.

A Level Sciences, Applied Science and Mathematics are some of the most popular choices in the Sixth Form.
Outstanding teaching from subject staff within the STEM subjects, along with modern lab facilities and classrooms, mean students are exposed to high-level learning and a range of experiences. Students in STEM have had opportunities with experts across a range of institutions such as King’s College London, the Royal Society of Chemistry, and Queen Mary’s London. Taking part in seminars, summits, and national competitions have allowed our students to think more critically and analytically about their studies.

KINETIC ACADEMYFOOTBALL
With one of our former sixth form students recently signing a professional contract with Exeter FC, it has been clear the work Kinetic are doing is hugely important and extremely successful.
Launched in September 2021, the Kinetic Football Academy is now an important competitive element of Sixth Form study at Harris Invictus Sixth Form.

As a registered charity, Kinetic Foundation adopts a holistic approach to develop each young person as a ‘whole’ rather than from just a technical or tactical perspective. Alongside their excellent football provision, they deliver a volunteering programme, mentoring scheme, mental health support pillar and employability workshops on career planning.

It is important that as a student in our sixth form, you are given the opportunity to take part in a range of enrichment activities.
MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR TIME WITH US
Past enrichment has included (but is not limited to): the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme, sports clubs, the performing arts, as well as educational visits in and around London.
The aim of these opportunities is to provide you with a broad range of experiences to enhance your studies and make sure you enjoy your time with us. Additionally, every activity you participate in will boost you university and employment applications.
