Course Selection In line with leading UK university grade requirements, Hinchley Wood Sixth Form recommends students study a core curriculum of three A Level courses. To help students make the sometimes difficult decision about which courses they would like to study, we offer a choice of three curriculum pathways:

Pathway 3: High ability students have the option to select and commit to four A Level courses for two years. This pathway can only be undertaken following discussion and agreement with the Head of Sixth Form at the time of enrolment.

Pathway 1:

Pathway 2: This pathway is for students who are unsure of the three A Level subjects they wish to study. Students select and study four courses for up to four weeks from the start of the year, after which time they will be required to select and commit to three subjects.
