When the surveyor inspected the roofline they found rot which was being caused by rot - it was lucky we caught it now before it moved any further back into the house as I now know that rot can cause extremely serious issues when found in your roof. I’m more than happy with the results. The house looks completely transformed and fresh. I received the call from the Feature Home team to let me know that I was getting the job for free and honestly, I didn’t believe it at first - however some things are good enough to be true.”
