although originally from Baltimore, MD, has been a DE transplant for over 10 years. She is always ecstatic to find a new place on the stage with her Clear Space family. A few favorite credits include EstellaScrooge(Estella), TheLightningThief(Sally), Carrie(Miss Gardner), Into TheWoods(Stepmother), Heathers(Ms. Fleming), MaryPoppins(Bird Lady/Brill), and Fun Home(Helen). studied musical theatre at Syracuse University before she became Miss Delaware 2003 and used her full scholarship to get a degree in English Education at the University of Delaware. Erin has played lead roles in many Clear Space productions, including SouthPacific,MyFair Lady,TheSoundOfMusic,AvenueQ,LittleWomen,TheLastFiveYears,MaryPoppins,IntoThe Woods,Victor/Victoria,and NexttoNormal . She also portrayed Diana in NexttoNormaland the Adult Woman in SpringAwakeningat the Milton Theatre. Erin teaches and runs the theatre program at Sussex Academy High School in Georgetown.
is thrilled to be returning to the Clear Space stage, having been a part of the company for over a decade. She received her BFA in Musical Theatre from Shenandoah Conservatory. She teaches drama at the Southern Delaware School of the Arts. Favorite roles include White Christmas(Betty Haynes), MammaMia(Rosie), Carrie(Margaret White), HelloDolly!(Dolly), SweenyTodd(Mrs. Lovett), Ragtime(Mother), IntoTheWoods(Witch and Bakers Wife), LittleNightMusic(Charlotte), and Seussical(Gertrude). Lorraine also enjoys costuming (a skill she learned from her grandma) and running the summer theatre camp at Possum Point Players.
ASHLEY WILLIAMS
is no stranger to the Clear Space stage and is elated to be back after appearing in Rockof Ages,TheProm,TheBodyguard , JesusChristSuperstar , Spongeboband KinkyBoots . Some of Ashley’s favorite past roles include Crystal in LittleShopOfHorrors , Rusty in Footloose , Milly in SevenBridesForSevenBrothers , and Deloris in SisterAct!When she’s not on stage you can find her teaching Pre-Kindergarten, and eating nuggets and pickles. Ashley is a part of a variety of bands including Juanita Williams and Family, JWCO, The Tremault Band and more. She always thanks her family, and God for all of their support and love.
KEVIN FOLEY “MONA LOTTS”
is thrilled to be making his debut performance at Clear Space in the role of Hugo / Loco Chanelle in Everybody’ sTalkingAboutJamie . Kevin has been performing in Rehoboth as a female impersonator for over 20 years as his alter ego Mona Lotts. Kevin has also appeared in productions of Hairsprayas Edna Turnblad and Annie as Oliver Warbucks . Kevin will return this summer to Clear Space as Edna in Hairspray.
During the day, you can find him serving up your favorite drinks at Freddie’s Beach Bar in Rehoboth. And when the sun sets, he transforms into Rehoboth’s favorite dancing diva, Aura Iris!
is a vibrant force in the drag arts, boasting four years of dynamic performance experience. Originally hailing from Texas, Dakota has captivated audiences in Rehoboth Beach Delaware, with a rich background as a singer across various mediums, including show choir and musicals. Their passion for performance shines through in every act, making Dakota a standout artist in the ever-evolving world of drag.
is excited for his first show with Clear Space Theatre Company! He is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Recent projects include: FiddlerontheRoof,Off OffBroadwayFairlyOddParodyMusical,and Batboy.Payton returns to the Clear Space stage in March as Curly in Oklahoma!
JAMES KEEGAN
is delighted to be back on the Clear Space stage. He has performed in theaters across the country. He has been a company member of the American Shakespeare Center for 15 seasons, where favorite roles include Macbeth, King Lear, Falstaff, Iago, and Shylock. Most recently, he performed in four plays in ASC's 2022 season and played James Tyrone in the American Stage production of LongDay'sJourneyintoNightin 2019. For 25 years, James has been an English professor in the UD's Associate in Arts Program. He lives in Milton with his wife, Anne Colwell.
ZACH NAAR
is thrilled to be back on the Clear Space stage after appearing in MyFairLady , The Bodyguard , and WhiteChristmaslast year. He is a sophomore Elementary Education major at Delaware Tech. When not on stage, he teaches Preschool at Delaware Tech’s Child Development Center. Some of his recent credits include Matilda:TheMusical(Agatha Trunchbull), RadiumGirls(Edward Markley), Ragtime(Ensemble), and TheLittle Mermaid(Prince Eric). He wants to thank all his family and friends for their endless love and support.

Abby is in 11th grade and aspires to a career in musical theatre! Some of Abby’s favorite past credits in Clear Space Theatre’s Mainstage and Spotlight include TheProm,Jersey Boys,MyFairLady,and EstellaScrooge(Sissy Jupe/Dawkins), Descendants(Maleficent), Godspell,Matilda(Mrs. Wormwood), and Frozen(Elsa). Abby has previously performed in AndThenThereWereNone(Vera), TheLightningThief(Clarisse), Carrie(Carrie), Mamma Mia(Tanya), SpellingBee(Marcy/Choreographer), and NoisesOff(Brooke) with the Sussex Academy theatre program. Abby has also performed in TheWizardofOz at Milton Theatre.

has been an active member of the theatre program at his school for 3 years. Last year he appeared in God'sFavoriteas Sidney Lipton,The25thAnnualPutnamCountySpellingBee as Panch, and MammaMiaas Eddie. Zach is also an active member of the youth theater program as Possum Point Players in Georgetown. He was recently in Possum's production of Ragtime.Zach is becoming a regular on the Clear Space stage, appearing in Godspell,Estella Scrooge,Descendants,and MyFairLady.He is very excited and thankful for the opportunity to be in this cast.

Brooke has done theatre at school with the shows Grease,RadiumGirls,Matilda,and PrideandPrejudice . Brooke is also involved in dance and has studied with Tatiana Akinfieva Dance Academy and is currently with Dance Alley. She loves performing and hopes to continue musical theatre through college.
ZOE CULLEN
started acting in Broadway Bound program and Summer Intensive Camps with the wonderful instructors at Clear Space Theatre Company. She made her debut on the Clear Space stage in the 2020 production of Elf:TheMusical , and was seen most recently in Shrek,Descendants , Godspell,Matilda(Matilda), TheLittleMermaid,TheSoundOfMusic(Marta), and Seussical ! Her favorite roles include playing Timon in TheLionKingJrand Young Elsa in FrozenJr . Zoe is a talented piano player and she loves to bake sweets from scratch, ice skate, sing, dance, and tumble. In her family travels, she has visited Japan, France, Italy, and England.
ALEX DEEMEDIO
is so excited to be a part of this show! Most recently with Clear Space Theatre, Alex was in WhiteChristmas,Shrek,Descendants,TheSpongebobMusical , Matilda , and TheLittleMermaid (Scuttle), but has been performing with Clear Space for eleven years. She also is active in her school’s drama program, with some of her favorite productions being Carrie(Sue Snell), MammaMia!(Sophie Sheridan), and The25thAnnualPutnamCountySpellingBee (Olive Ostrovsky). She has also worked with Possum Point Players and Milton Theater. She has loved working with such a fun cast and hopes you enjoy the show!

SHONDELLE GRAULICH (Choreographer )
has been involved in the arts and entertainment industry since she started dancing at the early age of two. Dance, as her major passion in life, led Shondelle to her professions of a Dance Studio Owner/Teacher & Choreographer and Group Fitness Instructor. She teaches at Clear Space where she recently choreographed Shrek , TheProm , Descendants,KinkyBoots,Matilda,Elf,Frozen,Emma!,SisterAct,Carrie,Honk!,TheAddamsFamily,TheRocky HorrorShow,FunHome,WizardOfOz,PriscillaQueenOfTheDesert,Seussical,AChristmasStory,TheFullMonty, and RadioGaga.
BRENDAN SMITH (LightingDesigner)
has worked with Clear Space as the Lighting Designer since 2014, for which he has received multiple awards. He is mostly self-taught in the craft and refined his skills designing shows for the Dance Conservatory, Kent County Theatre Guild, Dover High School, The Schwartz Center, and Clear Space. He has two adoring sons, Jackson and Harrison.
NICK WASS (ProjectionDesigner/WASSTECH)
California resident and international projection designer, Nick’s credits include North Shore Musical Theatre’s Annual ChristmasCarol(Beverly, Massachusetts), Selton Theatre’s Shrek(Australia), Palm Canyon Theatre’s SweeneyTodd(Palm Springs, California), Canterbury Ballet’s TheNutcracker(New Zealand), and Frozenthrough the Love is an Open Door program. A 3D Animator and designer, Nick creates all content himself. Anything from a large live motion captured Te Ka (Moana), to 11 projectors in use projection mapped across the stage and theatre. Nick strives to design without compromise, providing only the highest quality to any production.
JAMES WEBER (MusicalDirector)
has had an active and varied career performing music for over 25 years. Trained at Westminster Choir College, Weber conducted a highly successful High School choral program for 12 years. He has been the choral contractor for both Mid-America Productions and DCINY for concerts in Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and others. Weber made his Carnegie Hall vocal solo debut in 2001, and his conducting debut in 2005. An active composer, his pieces have been recorded and performed by choirs at Westminster Choir College, among many others. On faculty at Rider University, Weber teaches classes in musical theatre and coaches students privately.
DAVID BUTTON (Artistic Director)
is the Artistic Director of Clear Space Theatre and teaches as a member of the Arts Institute faculty, founding multiple classes including the Spotlight on Young Performers program and co-founding the Summer Acting and Musical Theatre Summer Stock Intensives. He received his B.A. in Theatre with a focus on Acting and Directing from DeSales University. David has worked regionally with the Main Street Theatre, City Theatre, the Chojinyobiko Theater Group, The Milton Theatre, and the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival. He directed last season's TheMousetrap , MyFairLady , JerseyBoys , TheProm , and SweeneyTodd . joined Clear Space Theatre Company as Managing Director in late 2023. A seasoned performing arts professional, Joe has held leadership positions, as well as roles in marketing, development, and community engagement with such varied organizations as the Alliance Theater, the American Repertory Theater, Opera Theater of Saint Louis, 7 Stages, and Metro Theater Company. As a consultant, he has worked with the National Blues Museum, the documentary Flint:ThePoisoningofanAmericanCity , the Utah Symphony, and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. He has taught arts management in Webster University’s MFA arts leadership program and has taught acting at Berry College. His resume as a stage director includes over two dozen productions, including regional premieres by Caryl Churchill, David Mamet, Peter Sinn Nachtreib, and Addae Moon. He is currently a member of the 2025 Longwood Foundation CatalystsTogethercohort, and was a member of the Leadership St. Louis Class of 2013 and the LEAD Atlanta Class of 2006. He is thrilled to have relocated to the Rehoboth Beach area to become part of the team at Clear Space.
