The Clean Lube Solutions’ mobile, lockable Patch Test Station in durable aluminium checker plate provides a safe, contamination controlled environment in which to store and manage equipment and membranes and perform oil patch testing in an industrial workshop environment. DESCRIPTION The Clean Lube Solutions’ Patch Test Station provides an optimum environment in which to perform patch testing in a lube room or workshop environment. The station allows for dust free storage of patch testing equipment, thereby reducing the time to set up and perform patch testing. Electrical devices within the work area are designed for safe use around solvents as are the hazardous use internal light, external power receptacles, RCD and external storage for vacuum pump. APPLICATIONS A workshop without a defined and safe patch testing location can quickly and easily install this lockable, purpose built unit which is constructed of rugged checker plate aluminium and able to be moved to required locations on 5” industrial grade wheels. Generous storage compartments for membranes, equipment, etc are incorporated to keep everything within reach and a set of safety and Patch Test Procedure instructions are readily available at eye level to ensure consistent staff patching practices.
