Similar to the Streamer™, this system uses a pull/ pull technology to move air throughout an area to create a wall of clean, filtered air. This system, however, requires ducting instead of being selfcontained. Louvers on the duct will work in coordination with a collector system which will take the air from the intake (pull) side, filter it out, and send it back into the facility through the output (push) side.
Clean Air DFX™
The Clean Air DFX™ is a self-contained ambient air cleaning system. Each unit consists of a fan, motor, silencer and filters. The pollutant air enters the system at the filter side of the system and moves through various filters to achieve the desired cleaning. The clean air is then recirculated back into the plant. With motor sizes from 2-15 HP producing 1,500-8,000 CFM, this unit can be used in a variety of applications.
Ducted Systems Clean Air WeldBooth™
The Clean Air WeldBooth™ come in many configurations ranging from 3’ wide to 12’ wide and heights ranging from 6’ to 9’ and depths from 3’ to 8’. These units can be connected with ducting to an air filtration system such as a Clean Air Smart Collector™. The Clean Air WeldBooth™ utilizes a backdraft based filtration system, the ACGIH prefered standard, so the smoke is pulled away from the welder instead of up through the welder’s helmet and breathing zone.
