Program Changes and Disenrollment

- A30 daywrittennoticemust besubmittedtomanagement foranyprogramchangeordisenrollment.

- Thesecuritydeposit actsasthefinalpayment onyouraccount whena30 daywrittennoticeisreceived

- If yourchildisdis-enrolledduetonon-payment,thechildwillnot bepermittedtoreturnuntilthebalancedueispaidin full

Termination of Services

Enrollment withCelebreecanbeterminatedforvoluntaryorinvoluntaryreasons. Forvoluntarywithdrawal,familiesmust provideawrittenintent towithdrawtomanagement 30 dayspriortotheirintended last dayof care Failuretosubmit awrittennoticeof withdrawalwillcauseforfeitureof yourdeposit Upondisenrollment fromtheschool,withaproper30 dayswrittennotice,thesecuritydeposit actsasthelast weekof payment. Shouldthe deposit not covertheamount of tuitionandfeesduetotheschool,parentswillbenotifiedpriortothechild?slast dayof

InsomeinstancesCelebreemayneedtoinitiatethewithdrawalprocess Enrollment canbeterminatedwithorwithout noticeforthefollowingreasons:

- Behaviormanagement-if achild?sactionorbehaviorisharmfultootherchildrenorstaff intheschool,termination mayresult (determinedonacasebycasebasis).Alleffortswillbemadethroughfamilypartnership,team planningand interventiontokeepchildrenincare,but thesafetyof thegroupwillbethepriority Someof thesebehaviorsoractionsmay includebut arenot limitedtoexcessivebiting,injurytopeersandstaff,violent/aggressivebehaviorandintentionaldamages toschoolproperty.

- Inthesituationof inappropriateparent behavior,Celebreereservestheright,at anytimewithout priornoticeto discharge,withdraw,orremovefromthepremisesanychild,parent,relativeand/orindividualthat posesathreat or compromisestheoperationsof Celebree
