CLASSIC LEGACY CUSTOM PRODUCTS FIVE EASY STEPS
1. Send us your custom digital image. We just need a jpeg image of your logo, your painting, or your photo! Please note we may need to crop your image to fit into the desired custom setting.
2. Our graphic artist will then send you a screen sample of the product of your choice. You will actually be able to see how it will look! This will be emailed to you for your approval. We work with black and white or color images.
3. Upon your approval a 50% deposit is required to begin work. 4. Please allow three weeks for completion of your custom order. 5. Enjoy your custom products. Please contact us for complete pricing.

Re-orders must be at least 24 pieces. General Guidelines: 1. We can develop a custom gift program for you with your logo or image! You need to supply us with a high resolution 600 DPI jpeg image. We may need to crop background or add background with your approval. A screen sample will be emailed to you. 3. The order quantity may be split among various products using the same image. 4. Please allow 3-4 weeks for custom orders to be completed. 5. Custom bottle stoppers are individually packaged in a white gift box with ribbon and a silver seal. Marble Bottle Stoppers come in a burgundy gift box.

The image needs to be a high resolution jpeg image at least 300 DPI. Your image could be a logo, a photo, or a painting! The images shown are from both our custom and open line. Send us your image and we will be glad to show you how it will look on our Classic Legacy flasks. You must do at least 12 custom flasks per custom order. The flasks in our open line are available in any quantity.

Creating Custom Metal Charms and Medallions 1. The first step begins when we receive a simple drawing or sketch of the logo. We then work with a master model maker and create a mold and model for the design. It is important to get customer feedback during this process. Metal medallions are created to the customer’s specifications in pewter and each size requires a separate model and mold. The cost for this process is a one time fee and usually runs about $250$300 but depends on the complexity and size of the project. 2. We then create an actual sample of the medallion in pewter. This is sent to the customer to feel and touch and approve. This pewter piece can be plated in many different colors. We often use a bright silver or an oxidized brass plating. With customer feedback we can also send samples plated to your specifications. If enamel work is required we can also do that. Again customer feedback is very important! Waldorf-Astoria Medallion antique pewter plating in a setting that is oxidized brass. The necklace is $18 as a completed design. The cost of custom medallions may vary.

3. Our custom charms and medallions are made in the USA. After the initial setting is made we can incorporate the medallion into many of our gifts. To create a custom metal medallion the minimum is 100 pieces. These medallions can be used on so many of the Classic Legacy gifts!
