Grass Fed Beef From La Pampas • Argentinian beef is grass fed beef that conforms to EU regulation and without Hormones. • Majority of the cattle come from the lush grassland of the La Pampas region. • A mixture of pure breed Black Angus, pure Hereford and cross breed Angus/ Hereford, roam the black soil country where they can live under more natural conditions to be fattened achieving a singular taste and texture. • The cattle are under 30 months of age at the time of slaughter to ensure the meat is tender and while at the same time keep that delicious grass fed flavour. • We deal in the 3 main cuts Tenderloin, Striploin and Ribeye – other cuts are available on request such traditional Sth American cuts - Rump heart, Tri tip and Picanha. • Excellent alternative to British grass fed beef.
